The Belfast child sings again.

Finally the British Troops left Ireland after 38 years! They were supposed to be there for a few months to end sectarian strife. They ended up inflaming it for almost four decades. I guess there is hope for peace and an end to the occupation of Iraq.

The drawings were done in Northern Ireland in 1992. They are of a platoon of British soldiers that interrupted Gerard Kelly and myself while we were making a mural. The whole crazy adventure is in a text called Yepa, yepa, yepa! My friend the composer Manuel Rocha took some pictures of them. They didn't seem to like that and took his camera away.
